Working remotely from a home office, the School Support Training Specialist serves as part of the School Support Team and is responsible for providing exceptional staff onboarding, training, support, and advocacy to Connections Learning and partner school and program staff members. The School Support Training Specialist works to proactively identify Connections Learning training needs, provide staff with the training resources needed to be successful, motivates staff to complete key tasks, and celebrates Connections Learning successes throughout the year. Working closely with a School Support Communications Specialist, it is essential that the School Support Training Specialist provide clear, consistent, professional, and complete written documentation to inform Connections Learning and partner school staff on an ongoing basis.

Under the coordination of the Dean of Academics, a University of Fairfax online instructor is responsible for adhering to 'best practices' in online teaching and delivery of course content.
Each online instructor should demonstrate and sustain expertise in the specific course that they are assigned to teach.
Each online instructor is required to adhere to course objectives and course syllabi. The instructor will make use of the approved textbooks and electronic/web resources and maintain consistency in grading and evaluation procedures.
The instructor will provide timely posting of course syllabus and course content, timely feedback on assignments, and posting of course grades. The expectation is that student inquiries shall be addressed within 24 hours. Western Carolina University

Western Carolina University (WCU), a member of the University of North Carolina system, provides undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education to more than 10,000 students from 48 states and 35 countries.
Western Carolina University's master's degree program in human resources (MSHR), located in the College of Education & Allied Professions, was started in 1984 and has achieved national recognition for its quality (recently rated number three among 40 online HR programs nationally by GetEducated.com.).

Its curriculum has been evaluated by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and deemed to be in full alignment with their graduate HR curriculum guidelines. The MSHR program began 100% online delivery in 2005 and enrollment has grown annually attracting students in the U.S. and abroad. All of our online courses are offered via Blackboard (training will be provided).

The MSHR program seeks adjunct faculty to teach 100% online courses in the MSHR curriculum starting in Fall 2014.

Point Park University's Low-Res MFA in Screenwriting and Playwriting Program has several openings for online adjunct faculty in writing for the screen (television, film and new media) and stage for the upcoming semesters.
