Bachelor's degree or equivalent* with education or training preparing the person for the occupational area being taught. 2. Two years (4,000 hours) related occupational experience. 3. Must be certifiable with Wisconsin Technical College System. *Educational equivalency: Occupational experience combined with education and training totaling 7 years or 14,000 hours is equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Some sections require expertise in teaching and learning online and/or over IP video.
