Demonstrate skill and/or knowledge in teaching discipline and make continuous efforts to improve instructional quality
Plan, develop, and use a variety of facilitation methods and materials that assist students in meeting course objectives
Model empathy, awareness, and relational presence to cultivate an authentic online learning community
Respond in a timely manner to all student communication
Demonstrate competence in integrating technology in a virtual classroom and willingness to explore new facilitation methods
Evaluate students to measure progress toward achievement of course objectives and inform students of their progress in the course in a timely manner
Keep accurate student records and submit related assessment reports and forms within requested timelines
