Teaching responsibilities will include both master's and doctoral courses in both leadership and qualitative research areas.  Dissertation supervision will also be expected.  ELPA is moving to a cohort delivery approach that will reach into the region and serve community members in the most advantageous settings, including online delivery of some courses.
