1. Bachelor's degree in education; or a Bachlor's degree in any related discipline and one year of work experience in training or teaching, and direct experience with at-risk population.

2. Certification in online teaching or teaching preferred. Experience preferred in taking, teaching, or developing an online course, or highly competent in integrating online learning into the traditional curriculum.

3. The ability to motivate students in a distance learning environment and help them become self-disciplined and effective time managers is required. .......
