Successful candidates must be professionally or academically qualified according to AACSB Accreditation Standards. To be professionally qualified, individuals must possess a master's degree in the discipline and significant, active work experience in the specific field. To be academically qualified, a doctoral degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Economics, Strategy, or Leadership is required and the candidate must have a recent publication history. Additionally, doctoral degrees must be less than five years old; degrees older than five years will require a list of current publications to ensure that the candidate is active in the field. Online teaching experience in higher education is preferred as well as the ability to work with current or developing Learning Management Systems.
