Online Faculty members work under the direction of the Online Director of Education and provide quality delivery of assigned courses using curriculum provided by Ross. Online Faculty may use synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. Faculty are responsible for preparing progress reports, providing adequate meeting time with students, and performing related work as required. Faculty should be highly knowledgeable about the subject matter for the specific course(s) they are assigned to teach and maintain expertise in the subject area.
