We are currently seeking a General Education Instructor for our Online Campus.
The General Education Instructor is responsible for teaching one or more online classes in General Education from home. Instructors are not responsible for designing courses or lessons but must be available to respond to all student inquiries and issues within 24 hours at the latest.
ICDC College is seeking qualified candidates to provide instruction in the following General Education disciplines:
Mathematics, English, Philosophy, History, and
Psychology. Instructors promote activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. Instructors must respond promptly to all student questions by phone and email. Instructors must engage in activities related to improving student retention. Further, Instructors must provide instruction that meets the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs. Instructors must also monitor student progress and contact students who fall behind schedule, as well as participate in required ICDC College training and professional development programs.
