Johnson Controls


The individual will:
·         Develop the overall training plan for GWS (curriculum development)
·         Effectively manage training agenda, logistics and external consultants as needed.
·         Monitor and adapt GWS success stories and trials into training materials for Workstream Leaders
·         Develop, maintain and revise Lean Six Sigma training materials for existing and new programs as determined by the Lean Six Sigma department leadership Develop to align with GWS vision and our core values
·         Share lessons learned and propose actions to improve on internal processes.
·         Mentor Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts as a subject matter on any given subject matter.
·         As the leading voice on Lean Six Sigma methodology, he/she will train, mentor and coach stakeholders instilling Lean Six Sigma culture throughout the organization.
·         Ensure organization compliance with the required Lean Six Sigma competency level.
·         Support the process improvement team through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools
·         Facilitate project teams to efficiently and effectively employ methodologies and tools including Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC: Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), Lean Enterprise, change management, etc.
  • Perform other assigned activities such as projects, Kaizen events, consulting and communications.
