We are currently looking for freelance Subject Matter Experts and Educational Writers to write and develop curriculum materials to accompany textbooks, assessment questions,and ancillary materials (such as PowerPoint presentations, lecture notes, etc.) for our high-profile educational publishing clients. Content may be developed for online or in-class courses.
The areas we need are elementary education through higher education, in the subjects of:
- Science
- Mathematics
- History & Social Sciences
- Philosophy & Intellectual History
- Literature, Languages (Reading if elementary)
- Business & Economics
- Computer Sciences
- Engineering
- Trade/Vocational
Ideal candidates will have educational publishing experience, teaching experience, and possess an MA in one of the above subject areas. PhD is definitely helpful.
This position is ideal for adjunct professors, PhD candidates, or educational writers who are able to work virtually. Compensation is $25-30/hr depending on experience.
